Precision Primary uses a simple membership model for patients who want ongoing access, telehealth support, wellness guidance, and provider-led follow-up. Membership does not replace insurance and does not include medications, outside labs, imaging, specialist fees, pharmacy charges, or emergency care unless specifically stated.

Membership fees cover professional medical services, telehealth visits, education, care planning, documentation review, and follow-up support as outlined in each plan.
Prescription medication costs, laboratory fees, pharmacy charges, imaging, specialist fees, supplements, and outside services are not included unless specifically stated. Medication is not guaranteed and is prescribed only when clinically appropriate after a medical evaluation. Individual results vary.

Precision Primary offers telehealth medical visits, eligible mobile or community care options, medical weight management, medical documentation, chronic and acute care support, women’s and men’s health, preventive wellness care, and care coordination. Wound care is not currently listed as a service.
Do you offer same-day appointments?
Same-day appointment support may be available during business hours depending on schedule capacity, visit type, service area, and clinical appropriateness. Telehealth sick visits, medication refill visits, and lab-order visits are available as separate self-pay options.
Do you come to my home?
Eligible mobile or community-based visits may be available by request. Availability depends on location, scheduling, safety, and whether the concern is appropriate for that care setting.
Do you accept insurance?
Precision Primary, LLC currently uses a cash-pay and membership model. Payment is required according to the practice financial policy.
Do you offer weight loss medications?
Weight-management medications, including GLP-1 therapy, may be discussed when clinically appropriate. Medication is not guaranteed and not every patient qualifies.
Can I request medical documentation?
